I was extremely pleased with Denise Joyce's professional efforts in listing and selling my condo. The market at the time of my sale was stating to slow down a bit but yet she sold the condo in less than two months. My condo was sold as a turnkey and she helped us figure out the best way to list it as a fully furnished unit. The pictures really showed the condo very well when it was displayed on the internet which brought much traffic to the unit. I would highly recommend Denise to anyone needing to sell a home and would also use her to help find a new property as well.
